Supporting vulnerable clients

We are delighted to announce that Private Client Solicitor, Laura Rumsey who is an associate member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) has successfully finished her diploma in advising vulnerable clients by obtaining a distinction in her final module.

STEP is a global professional organisation whose members are subject to an extensive code of conduct, meaning that they have to act with integrity and in a manner that inspires the confidence, respect and trust of their clients and of the wider community.

Laura has become a specialist in advising and supporting vulnerable clients and in particular has become involved with deputyships, powers of attorney, funding and NHS continuing health care.

The diploma will enable her to further develop her specialism with the enhanced level knowledge and experience it gives her.
